Vivien Tsou is a Community Organizer with ONE Northside and focuses on the affordable housing work of the organization, especially on the preservation of the significant and at-risk subsidized housing in our area. She is also staffing the work around ONE Northside's Anti-Displacement Campaign, leading a team to turn our ideas into concrete policy proposals.
